Blekko launch

October 31st, 2010 — 11:20pm

Blekko has launched and is now in public beta. You can now go to blekko.com and do searches.

It has been an exciting and wonderful two and a half plus years at Blekko so far and have been eagerly looking forward to this launch day.

I am putting together a list of pointers to news coverage on the launch. Will try to update as often as I can.

Our official launch day is Nov 1st. So we were planning to open up the site at 9 PM PT (on Halloween). But WSJ broke the embargo by a few hours and came out with their article around 4PM. So we had huddle up and open the site to everyone.
